Checking your sites DNS settings is not hard to do. You can find out if your changes have been updated at your registry, and if they have updated to Internic yet.
First, after you make your DNS change at your registry, open another browser window and go to your registries site. Look for their link to their "WHOIS" server. Go there, and enter your sites domain name in the line, and click go, or submit. Do not enter http:// or www.yourdomain.com . Your domain name is just it's name... not the www also.
Like this;
yourdomain.com
Look towards the bottom of the whois output. It may show your changes already there. Most registries update that in real time when you make changes, others do not though. This is why it is best to wait a day to look for updates.
You can also check with the Internic registry itself...
just go to http://www.internic.net , and click on their whois link. Their whois output will show limited information, but it lists the name servers that they have listed for your domain. At the time of this writing, the Internic whois does not show information on .org domains, since a new registry recently has started managing all the .org names. This may change though in time.
If the changes are made in both your registry whois, and Internic's whois, then it may just be that your ISP has not refreshed their cache memory yet. Remember, it takes a day or two for you to begin seeing the site at the new location.
