For those of you who think you would like to give away free e-mail accounts, let me remind you that our web servers are for web sites. We give you e-mail service for your web site, but not as an e-mail server to give away addresses. Too many e-mail accounts on a web server will slow down page loads and make all sites slower.

We have a simple alternative for those of you that want to give out free e-mail addresses though. Just go find a free e-mail company that you like, ie; everyone.net , and sign up for their service. Then, in order to have the e-mail addresses at your domain,,, then you change the e-mail exchanger in your control panel. It is simple to do.

The place you sign up at will send you an e-mail or show you at their site, what your MX record needs to be. To change your domains MX records, simply log into your control panel, click on the mail manager link and then on Mail Exchanger link.

You will see the editable box. Just put in what they told you to, and hit the submit button. That is all there is to it. Then, all e-mail and all e-mail functions will run through them, and not through our server. After that point, no e-mail functions at the site will work. Use their control system to manage your mail accounts. It takes anywhere from a few minutes to 12 hours for the DNS of the MX entry to work around the internet.
