To access your account with your FTP program, you can use the IP number or the domain name, if the domain is already working at our server.

If your domain is not working yet, then you will need to use the IP number we sent you in your welcome e-mail.

In your FTP program, as you set up to access your site by FTP, you will see a line that says, Host Name. That is where you put the IP numbers we sent you. No http:// , just the IP numbers by themselves.

Like this: HostName: 66.103.135.1 (use your IP number)

Then put in the user name and password we sent you, and your all set.
Put your site contents inside your public_html directory.

DO NOT DELETE THE FOLDERS YOU SEE IN YOUR SITE DIRECTORY WHEN YOU FTP IN !!!
