You have received your user name and password in your welcome e-mail right after you signed up with us for web hosting.

This user name is how the server identifies your account space on the server. It is used for everything you need to do with your site.

The password is something you can change inside your control panel to make it easier for your to remember, and secure.

NOTE: Do not make your password too simple.
Our system will reject it, if it is too easy for a hacker to break in. That is for your protection. It is best to mix upper and lower case letters as well as numbers to keep your site secure. Our system will reject most common words found in a dictionary.

Your user name and password will allow you to log into your control panel, use FTP to upload your site, Front Page to publish your web, as well as access the default (Catch All) e-mail account.

Your user name and password is for your web site information. It is not automatically set up at our help desk. When you go to our help desk for the first time, you need to register with it, so you can track your support tickets. You will have a separate log in (user and pass) for the support desk. Just click the link on the help desk log in page that says, Register.
